Our deliveries take place Monday through Friday. Once your package has been handed over to the courier, we'll send you an email containing a tracking link to monitor your shipment. You can also always check the status of your order by logging into your personal area on our website.

Each delivery includes a second delivery attempt. If the first attempt is unsuccessful, you can request a second attempt directly through the GLS website or choose to collect the package from a collection point of your choice.

We recommend using a home address rather than a work address to avoid potential delivery issues.
